Toll Firing

Do you need to do a proof-of-concept test of a process or material before you invest in a furnace? Or need just a few parts sintered, or have a part that needs fired that is too large to fit in your furnace?

We offer small scale, occasional toll firing at reasonable prices. And you can apply the toll firing fees to a subsequent furnace purchase!

Firing at up to 1700 degrees Celsius in air; up to 1600 Celsius in inert atmospheres. 12″ Cubed clear work area.

You may conduct your testing at our facility or have us do the test runs for you, returning all materials and providing you with datalogs.

Parts

Consult the parts list, electrical schematic, and where applicable the air system diagram found in the instruction manual for your furnace and contact us for pricing and availability. If it’s a component of your Deltech furnace system, we can repair or replace it. And not just Deltechs! If you have a system from another manufacturer we can help. And whether the part is for a Deltech or another brand of furnace, we can offer bespoke sizing and materials. For example, our hearth plates and spill traps can be made from high alumina or zirconia, and in bespoke sizes and even bespoke configurations.
